【A-PAD Indonesia/West Sulawesi Earthquake】A-PAD Provides Hot Meals, Water, and COVID-19 Prevention Items
Two weeks have passed since the deadly earthquake struck West Sulawesi in Indonesia. A-PAD Indonesia and a local NGO, ACT, have been providing emergency relief assistance to the affected people.
With a fund of 1 million yen provided by A-PAD HQ, A-PAD Indonesia began delivering hot meals (1,000 meals) via food trucks and distributing clean water with four water trucks. The team is also taking prevention measures against COVID-19 through the installation of hand washing stations, hygiene promotion, and provision of masks and disinfectants.
