November 20-23, 2023, heavy rains caused flooding in five provinces in the Philippines, including Northern Samar in Eastern Visayas, impacting more than 370,000 residents.


A-PAD Philippines began emergency assistance with a partner organization and distributed 50 water filters and 629 jerry cans on December 13, 2023 where safe water is scarce.\

A-PAD Philippines will continue supporting the impacted communities with local volunteers.
