【Taiwan Earthquake】Assisting the search and rescue efforts
2016.02.09
Rescuers continue to search for trapped survivors in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake that hit the southern Taiwanese city of Tainan Saturday, causing the deaths of at least 41 people.
A-PAD has provided search and rescue tools and two portable generators to the search and rescue team led by local A-PAD staff, working on the rescue operations with the tools at night under light produced by the generators. The rescuers are continuing their work, at times digging with their hands through the rubble and debris in the hope of finding more survivors.
